Mr. Riefe joined Seefried Properties in 2013 as Senior Vice President where he is responsible for all facets of development, acquisition and leasing activities throughout the Midwest.
Mr. Riefe has over 20 years of industrial development experience throughout the Midwest and has completed transactions in excess of $1 billion including facilities for APL Logistics, Bay Valley Foods, Kraft, BMW, Cardinal Health, Cannon, Clorox, FedEx, Kimberly Clark, Keebler, General Electric, SC Johnson and Steelcase.
Prior to joining Seefried, Mr. Riefe was Senior Vice President and Investment Officer at Prologis where he led development and acquisitions throughout the state of Illinois. He was also the global account officer for Prologis’ third largest customer in North America, Kraft Foods/Mondelez as well as Steelcase, Caterpillar and CAT Logistics.
