Seefried Properties has announced that it has completed the sale of a 236,102-square-foot, Class-A distribution building in Buford to a leading real estate investment management firm. The building was 100% pre-leased upon closing to Anifox, an online Sporting & Fitness Outdoor Furniture retailer.
The project – Buford Creek Distribution Center Building 1, is the second of a two-building speculative industrial project located on Buford Highway, just 38 miles northeast of downtown Atlanta. Construction on building 2 began in June 2019 and was sold upon completion in January 2020.
Construction on building 1 followed in fall 2020. ‘BCDC 1’ sits on 28 acres and features modern, front-load distribution space featuring a 32-foot clear height, 37 dock doors, as well as ample trailer and employee parking. Building I is 100% leased to Anifox, an online Sporting & Fitness Outdoor Furniture retailer.
Andy Fang of Atlanta Realty Global arranged the lease of the building.
