Mr. Ochoa serves as Development Manager for Seefried’s Southern California region. He is responsible for contract administration throughout the construction process including validation of change orders, project schedule and development budget adherence.

Earlier in his real estate career, Mr. Ochoa acquired valuable experience as a Superintendent and Assistant Project Manager with Miller-Davis and Graycor Construction. These roles have been instrumental in strengthening his understanding of the various construction activities including schedule and validating costs.

With just under five years in the industry, Mr. Ochoa has been involved in the development of approximately 5 million square feet of projects nearing $455 million in total project value.
