The project is located in the East Henderson submarket, offering tenants connectivity to US-95 and Interstate 215.

This new facility will be the largest development of its kind in the history of Dallas-Fort Worth.

The new distribution center is being developed on an 81-acre site that USAA and Seefried assembled through the acquisition of two parcels in Q3 2021.

The project can accommodate multiple industrial users needing space from +/- 38,000 square feet to +/- 408,581 square feet of space.

The project will feature record-breaking size and functionality featuring four stories fitted with cutting-edge material handling and product retrieval systems.

The modern bulk distribution center is being built with 40-foot clear heights, 134 trailer spaces, 336 parking spaces, 153 dock doors and four drive-in doors.

The building was 100% pre-leased upon closing to Anifox, an online Sporting & Fitness Outdoor Furniture retailer.

Seefried Industrial Properties is developing a 1,080,308 SF facility for a global eCommerce retailer. The project is known under the code name “Project Midway.”

The site will be known as Gravel 85 Distribution Center. Plans call for a total of 384 parking spaces, 108 trailer spaces and 135’-185’ truck courts.

The 141,360 SF single-story building will serve as a last mile distribution center to provide fast and efficient delivery for customers in the metro area.

The facility will use innovative robotics technology to pick, pack, and ship customer orders.

Together, the two stations will power last-mile delivery capabilities to speed up deliveries for customers in the metro area.

Situated on 18 acres of land, the site offers easy access to Interstate 85 and will feature tilt wall construction.

Seefried Industrial Properties plans are to break ground on a 140,000 SF industrial building in the first quarter of 2022.
