Seefried’s Western Regional office is focused on identifying, procuring, and developing class A build-to-suit and speculative industrial developments in major western cities. Our history in these markets, along with our ability to quickly analyze opportunities, has allowed us to penetrate these markets and find unique investments that bring significant value to our tenants and capital partners.

    Mr. Quintel joined Seefried Properties in August 2011 to establish Seefried’s Western Region platform. As Senior Vice President, his efforts are focused on evaluating new acquisition and development opportunities, managing due diligence initiatives, securing financing, leasing, and dispositions. Mr. Quintel has extensive and in-depth experience in all aspects of industrial real estate through more than 20 years engaged in property joint venture partnerships, project development, leasing, and finance.

    Throughout his career, Mr. Quintel has been responsible for the development and acquisition of over 35 million square feet of institutional-grade industrial assets valued in excess of $4 billion.

    Prior to joining Seefried, Mr. Quintel was Senior Vice President and Development Partner with Panattoni Development Company, where he led development and acquisitions in Northern California, Nevada, and Arizona. More recently, Mr. Quintel served as Managing Director of Volt Real Estate Services in Phoenix, AZ where he grew the office into a full-service real estate operation.

    Since joining Seefried Properties in 2016 and establishing the Southern California office, Mr. Irwin has completed or has industrial projects under development in multiple markets throughout Southern California, Nevada and Utah totaling over 15 million square feet. Mr. Irwin is responsible for overseeing land acquisition, all facets of the development process, marketing and leasing of property dispositions.

    Prior to joining Seefried, Mr. Irwin spent 12 years with Prologis (AMB prior to the Prologis-AMB merger) working in multiple capital development capacities. Most recently, he ran the capital deployment group for Los Angeles.
